Hey, thanks for checking me out! I have first hand experience from a list of mental health issues, as I suffer from them. They include:
OCD
PTSD
MDD (Major Depressive Disorder)
Anxiety (with intrusive thoughts)
Bi-Polar
ADD/ADHD
I also have a lot of personal experience with bullying, DV, family issues, eating disorders and a few other experiences.
I’ve survive days everything ive gone through and I want to help other stuff by sharing my experience and giving people hope for a good/better life.
