...See more I don't mean that bullying leads to anxiety, which it does. I mean anxiety itself is a bully. Your constantly being insulted by your own mind and made to doubt the very foundation of who you are. Why does the mind do this if it knows that what it's saying is not true. How do you stop a bullying that's in your head?

...See more I feel like I've almost gotten the intrusive thoughts under control. But just the thought of having one makes me nervous and causes my heart to race. Even before I have one I know what triggered then in the first place and end up overanalyzing before a thought even enters my head. I feel like I'm always on guard to make sure they don't enter my heard and I'm exhausted.

...See more I have had this intrusive thought for awhile now, it concerns a particular word that for some reason my mind wants me to just say, it doesn't seem to care how I say it just that I say it, in public. But I never will and my mind know this. So why won't the thought go away?
