...See more ive been suspecting on having borderline personality disorder for several months. i did a lot of my research on the topic and found out i applied to most of the criteria during research. from what i know about myself, i had the habit of thinking of things to the extreme and i tend to self-sabotage myself. there were more i could list but i dont want to waste much time as im typing this during class the problem is not only that im afraid of asking my parents to get me a psychiatrist, but also how there were barely any psychiatrists around my area, which makes it difficult to get a diagnosis (if i spelled anything wrong please know that english isnt my first language)

...See more i feel a bit hopeless and thinking about my future too much made me worry much more. i feel like im slowly losing interest to things that made me happy and i dont want that to happen. school, possibly heavy expectations and probably more were taking a toll out of me. ive been feeling miserable for the past 2-3 weeks and i have broken down three times this week which is concerning. i dont know i dont know i dont know id ont know
