I know how it is to deal with mental issues and obstacles and have no one to talk to about it. So, I want to create a safe space for anyone who wants to talk about it, because everyone deserves to be heard and to be helped!
I don't talk about:
- depression;
- addiction;
- alcohol/drug abuse;
- autism spectrum;
- cancer;
- domestic violence;
- self-harm;
- sexual health.
