Bio

Hi there! I’m a dedicated volunteer listener passionate about providing a safe and supportive space for anyone who needs to talk. Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes, all we need is someone who truly listens without judgment.

I’m here to offer a compassionate ear, whether you’re feeling stressed, anxious, or just need to share your thoughts with someone who cares. While I’m not a therapist, I believe in the power of genuine conversations and emotional support.

You’re not alone—let’s talk.

Personal Question :- Do you believe in Soulmates?

The Universe Speaks Loud When You Notice
Relationship Stress / by SomeoneWhoListen

...See more The universe is not silent. It hums in the rustling leaves, whispers through the winds, and roars in the storms. But only those who listen—truly listen—can hear its voice. When you are lost, uncertain, or searching for meaning, the universe does not abandon you. It sends signs, woven into the fabric of time, waiting for you to notice. A song playing at just the right moment. A stranger’s words echoing your thoughts. A sudden change in the path that leads to something better. It speaks in synchronicities, in the alignment of stars and the unfolding of events too perfect to be coincidences. When you open your heart, the signs become undeniable. A missed bus saves you from an accident. A closed door pushes you toward a greater opportunity. A moment of stillness reveals the answer you’ve been chasing. The universe does not whisper to those who refuse to listen; it speaks loud when you start paying attention. And when you finally tune in, you realize—it was never silent to begin with.

Trekking: A Journey Back to Self
Relationship Stress / by SomeoneWhoListen

...See more In a world where screens flicker like restless fireflies and notifications buzz like impatient whispers, trekking offers an escape—a path back to what is real, raw, and unfiltered. It is more than just a journey through mountains, forests, or rugged trails; it is a return to self, a reconnection with the earth, and a detox from the digital chains that bind us. 1) Breaking Free from the Digital Grip Modern devices are addictive by design. They lure us in with endless scrolls, infinite updates, and fleeting dopamine hits. Hours slip away, attention fragments, and reality blurs behind the glass of our screens. Trekking is the antidote—a deliberate disconnect from the artificial world and an immersion into the grandeur of the natural one. When you lace up your boots and step onto a trail, the algorithms lose their grip. There is no WiFi, no signal, no curated content to consume—only the sound of rustling leaves, the crisp mountain air, and the rhythmic crunch of gravel beneath your feet. The mind, once overwhelmed by an avalanche of digital noise, finds clarity in silence. 2) Reconnecting with Nature, Reconnecting with Yourself Trekking strips life down to essentials—water, food, shelter, movement. It reminds us of what truly matters. As you climb higher, away from the concrete jungle, your thoughts slow down. The hurried pace of modern existence is replaced by the steady rhythm of footsteps, breath, and heartbeat. Nature demands presence. The shifting landscapes, unpredictable weather, and challenging terrain pull you into the moment. A steep ascent requires focus. A gushing river commands respect. A sunset at the summit humbles the soul. Each experience replaces digital distractions with something richer—mindfulness, gratitude, and a profound sense of being alive. 3) Detoxing the Mind and Body Studies show that excessive screen time affects sleep, cognitive function, and mental health. Trekking counteracts this. Sunlight regulates your circadian rhythm. Physical exertion releases endorphins, fighting stress and anxiety. The absence of screens resets dopamine levels, reducing digital cravings. After a few days on the trail, the urge to check notifications fades. You stop reaching for your phone every few minutes. Instead, you reach for a flask of water, a map, or a trekking pole. Your hands, once conditioned to swipe, learn to grip, climb, and explore again. 4) A Path Worth Taking Trekking is not just about covering distances; it is about uncovering truths—about nature, about yourself, about life beyond screens. It teaches patience, resilience, and a different kind of connection—one that does not need charging or updates. So, pack your bag, leave your devices behind, and walk into the wilderness. In the end, you will not just return detoxed. You will return renewed.

When Love Feels Heavy: A Thread on Relationship
Relationship Stress / by SomeoneWhoListen
Last post

...See more 1) Love is a beautiful thing, but sometimes, it feels like a storm. Not because love is wrong, but because love is real—full of emotions, expectations, and imperfections. If you’re feeling the weight of relationship stress, this thread is for you. 2) It’s okay to feel overwhelmed. There are days when love feels like a battlefield instead of a safe haven. Arguments, misunderstandings, silence that feels heavier than words—it all happens. But remember, stress in a relationship doesn’t always mean it’s broken. 3) Communication is the bridge. Often, we assume our partner understands our pain, but unspoken words create distance. Say what you feel, with honesty but without blame. “I feel unheard” is different from “You never listen.” Words can heal or wound—choose wisely. 4) Love is not about winning. If every disagreement turns into a fight to be ‘right,’ both hearts lose. Instead of proving a point, try understanding their point. Empathy is the glue that keeps love from falling apart. 5) Space is not the enemy of love. Sometimes, stepping back helps both partners breathe. A little solitude can bring clarity. Give each other room to process emotions, and don’t mistake distance for detachment. 6) Stress is temporary, but love is a choice. The happiest couples aren’t the ones who never struggle. They are the ones who choose to fight for each other, even on the hardest days. 7) If it’s hurting more than healing, reflect. Not all relationships are meant to be held onto. If the pain outweighs the love, if you’re losing yourself, it’s okay to walk away. Love should never cost you your peace. 8) You are enough, with or without them. No relationship defines your worth. Whether it works out or not, you are still whole, still deserving of love—first from yourself, and then from those who truly see you. 9) Hope is stronger than stress. If you both care, if love still exists beneath the weight of stress, hold on. Heal together. Love isn’t always easy, but the best things in life rarely are. 10) Breathe. Love. Heal. Whatever you’re facing in love, you are not alone. This storm will pass, and on the other side, you’ll find either a stronger love or a stronger you. And that, dear soul, is a win either way. Stay strong. Stay kind. Love deeply.
