Hi, I'm Sonja from Germany and really passionate about giving empathy. To me, it's amazing beyond words how much better people often feel just because I've listened to them for a while. Personally, I've been struggling with issues like depression, low self confidence and lack of motivation, and while I'm not at all done overcoming them, I strongly believe in the archetype of the wounded healer as someone who can give peer counseling, as in providing authentic understanding because I know what it's like to go through some rough times. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me even if you're in a rather desperate state. of course I'm not therapist and in case you feel like you or someone else is seriously in danger, I strongly advice you to reach out to local/national help lines. But if you just need to be listened to, I'm here.
