Hey there, glad you ran across me here on 7 Cups of Tea. One of my main goals in life is to help others and if even the smallest bit of listening and support can shed some light in a persons life that will make me most happy. I enjoy reading, music therapy, record playing, crafting jewelry and many other activities. I am an active listener with some real world experience in terms of psychology. I have been able to help people close to me as well as pull through some dark times of my own. I have dealt with anxiety, panic attacks, breakups and family troubles first hand so i can relate to what other people may be going through in life. Just know you are not alone and there are people willing to listen and help, and you don't have to do it alone.

I am also a financial advisor and have much experience in managing finances. I mention this because it can be a big stressor in our daily lives.
