...See more Hi. I've been in lockdown for the last 4 months, and haven't even stepped out on the front door. I feel I have back tracked in terms of the progress I had made. I feel so threatened to go out, fearing the smallest things like will people be able to hear me through the mask, since I'm soft spoken. I know this is so irrational but I'm just so scared. I've had multiple breakdowns in the last few months over petty things and go out and facing social situations seem impossible.
