...See more Hi everyone. I feel sad so much because I lost a dear friend of mine who was one of my caregivers. She just passed away two weeks ago. I was very close with her and she had a cheerful personality. I do talk with my therapist every Tuesday. One of my coping tools is doing Yoga. Right now I am at my day program so I can enjoy the company of my friends.

...See more Hi everyone. My anxiety is so bad right now. I have been dealing with anxiety all week but I'll try to feel better. Can you give me some coping tools? One word to describe my anxiety is out of whack. I will try to smile. I do see a therapist and I talk to her every Tuesday. I like to do Yoga in my free time. That helps with my anxiety. Right now I feel calm.
