...See more Hi, I just wanted a place to let this all out. Any support is appreciated. 😊 I'm so scared of losing those close to me. At first it was my family members, now it is a person I'm seeing. Every time we take a break I feel so awful without them. They're perfect and I don't want to lose them. They keep thinking they're unlovable and that they're harming me by constantly reaching out among other things. We decided to take a break for one day and they said they're so inclined to message me they thought it'd be good if I took them off my friend's list for the time being. We ended up doing it and its been devastating to me to see them gone. I know its just a day, but I can't help but worry I'll never see them again and that I'll be left all alone. Its only been a few hours but I'm already feeling awful, trying not to cry. I just don't know what to do anymore. Its not healthy I know to need to be around someone everyday, but I've never met anyone who has been so nice and kind. When we're together things are great, but keep wanting to push me away because they feel like they're causing me a problem. I'm just so sad and wanting them to come back. Its just one day but I can't help but be sad. I don't want to be like this anymore where I get sad at the slightest distance. I've been hurt before in relationships so its so hard for me to trust others. I just don't know what to do. Lack of communication is so painful for me, when I saw our communication channel cut off it hurt me so much.
