Hey! Always stay happy :) have an issue? I am just a ping away. 
Please note that I deal mostly with Career issues, work-life issues, Teen issues (college/relationships), Relationship issues / Puberty issues. Hence please drop in one-liner about the problem you want to talk about. Mostly I pick the issues I am confident about and talk only to max 2 members at a time. That ensures better listening !!
