I am a trained crisis counselor for the crisis text line and hope to spread even more of my empathy and compassion here that everyone is deserving of. As someone who has had my own mental health struggles due to chronic illness and have used the very same resources/help (such as here and the crisis text line) that now I try to give to others so I can truly understand and lean into your pain to meet you where you are so we can get to a better place together.
