...See more Hi. I’m 20, female, and I got diagnosed with affective bipolar and BPD recently. I have a very difficult time to remember things and feelings. It makes me confused about many things. My psychiatrist said that it could be happened because i lose my concentration during the ‘down’ episode. I feel so dumb and numb. Thus, I crave for something or someone to trigger my memory and feelings — either good or bad. I’m sorry. Now I feel confused again. I’ll continue next time.
