...See more I did inappropriate messaging with my best friend's husband during my mania. He isn't stopping annoying me even after I told him it was a mistake and I have bipolar. I feel so guilty about it and want to tell my bestfriend,but I also feel bad for her,but I'm worried she wouldn't believe me and I'd lose this friendship.
