...See more One of my diagnosis’s has been changed from major depressive disorder to mood disorder unspecified. My psychiatrist is thinking that it may be bipolar. Over the last few months, I’ve been paying attention to my body, behavior, & mental health. I’m starting to believe this is bipolar. I become impulsive, compulsive with my actions in general and interactions with others. Which makes sense because I tend to compulsively and impulsively spend money as well as impulsively react in certain situations before thoroughly evaluating and thinking. With relationships and interactions with others, especially with certain people in a romantic sense, I tend to become infatuated and obsessed with a person and often takes awhile for me overcome the obsession.

...See more I’m a spender and debtor and have been attending a 12-step program to help work on being sober with sending. Though in the last few days I have made and become aware that I may have relationship obsessive compulsive disorder to where I become infatuated and obsessed with people. Now I just need to figure out how to treat this and work towards letting go and become healthier in this area.
