Spending Addiction and Obsessive Infatuation

I’m a spender and debtor and have been attending a 12-step program to help work on being sober with sending. Though in the last few days I have made and become aware that I may have relationship obsessive compulsive disorder to where I become infatuated and obsessed with people. Now I just need to figure out how to treat this and work towards letting go and become healthier in this area.
