A really deep and helpful conversation. She was patient and wise, and helped me find tools to live better after experimenting a difficult family situation. Healing takes times and it's a lot of work, it's important to feel understood. After this chat I felt a bit more hopeful and felt like singing: "I can see all obstacles in my way; It's gonna be a bright sunshiny day" :)
