Need advice about money disability or SSI

...See more I have a severe anxiety mental illness that disables me from doing basic things like driving or leaving my house or going into a store or talking on the phone or in person. I have tried to work but can't hold a job. I really need help my mom has cancer and is working and taking care of me and paying for my clothes, bills, food, and a roof over my head and other things. I'm am struggling because I have no money and can not work. What should I do? I have Medicaid. I tried emailing someone from the gov they told me I have to go to the local office in person , there is no way I can get there.. what should I do? Can they help me over the phone without me going there? Would I be able to get help paying for stuff fast? Would I be able to get SSI or disability?
