...See more I just started college this week and yk it’s a hugeee change. I’ve been really anxious, so anxious that I haven’t been eating much. I know that I need some time to adjust to this change. I’m trying really hard not to skip meals and actually eat, even if it’s just a small snack. I just wish I could adjust and handle change much more easily like some people can 😞
