...See more Its my step moms bday today and I'm having so much anxiety about going! I like the idea of going and I probably will have fun as long as I sit next to my sister I know it'll be okay like my brain knows that but my body is like I feel like I can't breathe !!!! And i just dont want to go but i have to cuz im supposed to bring the cake BLAHHHH! I just don't feel like dealing with some of the other family members it's just so frustrating because in my head I know like it's going to be okay but my body doesn't listen! 🤦🤦🤦

...See more Ive only been on here for a short time kinda reading through some threads and alot are teens im 31 and have been cutting since i was 11 now im wondering Like damn should i have grown out of this by now or what?! 🤦🤦 if it were only so simple as it being "just a phase" *sigh*
