...See more I believe the worst kind of sadness is sadness for no reason, and that is the kind of sadness I have. I have no reason to feel the kind of guilt, anxiety, stress, and sadness that I feel but it plagues me most days. I feel like I can't understand myself and I'm locked out of my own mind. I'm very logical and relatively intelligent but I don't understand myself at all like I can others. I don't know what I need help with, but I know I need help.
