...See more Hey all, I am new here. I have anxiety and I am on medication but there are times, especially at work where my anxiety spikes. I can kind of guess why it spikes (i.e. what is troubling me at that moment) but it still sucks. I work from home at the computer and I'm doing very repetitive tasks. Any advice on how to help my body and mind slow down? Thanks!
