...See more Hi there ! I recently made a post asking about ways to cope with adult separation anxiety. After speaking with my therapist we came up with a great strategy I thought I should share. I know most people have heard of this but I never really thought about it. It's called a calming box. Inside the box you include things from the categories touch, smell, taste and play. For example, slime, stickers, candy, candles, plushes etc. when you are anxious or panicking you can pull the box out and go through the stuff and distract yourself from becoming overwhelmed. I hope this can be useful to anyone going through what I am. Thanks

...See more Im not sure what to say. I have no self esteem. I think if I buy new clothes and do my makeup nice Ill feel confident but I just dont. My boyfriend makes me feel worthless and he does nothing but put me down. He always looks at these aesthetic women and although he says he doesnt care about them it hurts me. Because I know no matter how much I try Ill never be good enough. Ill always be worthless
