...See more I am a 23 year old woman. I have been out of a relationship that started when I was 15 and ended when I was 22. I have been out of this relationship for a tiny bit over a year now and I'm still struggling with the nightmares. I am out of it and found someone amazing and I even have a baby on the way but I just can't shake the nightmares. I feel so worthless and hurt. I just can't wrap my head around the fact that I am an adult, so why can't I just forget about it. That guy ruined me and I'm trying to get back up in my life but it just seems that I keep getting knocked back down all at my own fault.
