...See more My wife just threatened to divorce me. She said she's had enough and can't take it anymore. She was going to take the 2 dogs and the car and go live with her parents. She was obviously making an emotional decision because we had just gotten into a little argument. She had just gotten back from her grandparents and I was upset because she went without me. We had gotten back from church earlier and I was super tired and wanted to take a nap so I asked if we could move the time. She said no and left anyways. She's extremely inflexible when it comes to changing plans. She also has bipolar which makes it difficult to have rational conversations with her at times. We've been married for about a year and a half and I would say our marriage is pretty good for the most part but we disagree and argue about little things. She's also 8 years younger than me and I wonder if the age gap bothers her sometimes. We are both hard working students and we don't always have that much time to spend together. I guess the whole point of me writing this thing is what can I do make our marriage better? I know that's a very broad question but I'm just looking for any general suggestions/advice based on my story. Feel free to ask questions if you want. I'm also new to this community. I think she could benefit from talking to someone on here to cause she said she feels like she has no one to talk to because she doesn't feel right talking to family/friends about marriage problems.
