...See more Having a hard time? Tbh I'm not doing that well myself. I didn't really try to reach out at school and left with almost everyone I believed to have been close with likely forgetting about me by now which makes me wonder if it was my fault for keeping myself too silent. And since others here are having a hard time I have this thread made so that people can talk about the hard times with no judgement towards them. So say anything you need to, you're not alone in all this.

...See more I went into high school with so much hope for friendships (I had fun and success in grade 8) but I left high school after grade 12 feeling alone, and now that I'm 19 so many things that were done for me (I've been living with a foster parent for a decade now) are now expected for me to do. It feels like so much pressure has been put on me with loneliness and new expectations that I've resorted to sugar and video games as coping methods and even those are slowly becoming less and less effective. I try to reach out but the people around me seem to criticize more than listen. I feel alone every day and I don't know what to do. Can someone help, I need it now more than ever.
