I wanna help a friend but dunno how

A friend of mine named Fiona has ADHD. She recently had a break up and me not having ADHA along with being single my entire life dunno how to help her. If anyone can help me with this, even some advice to work with would really help. I just hate seeing her like this and wanna find a way to be there for her.

@Tetravulren All you need to do is be there for her. Make sure she knows that if she needs to talk through anything you're there for her (if that's something youre comfortable with). It is important though to remember that you're not here to solve all her problems, you're here to support her while she tries to find the solution. Wishing you both well <3
