...See more So over the past months I've been feeling really off kilter I guess one could say. I have had down days and the cold weather and no sun , and the pandemic didn't exactly help things. I have struggling with being happy with the town my husband and I are in and frankly we have looked for a new place but no one is renting right now. I realize you just need to roll with it so I've been trying to find ways to remain happy and deal with the fact that we can move, just not anytime soon. I have no friends in the area that i am in and so I have been attempting really hard to connect with people who have things in common and enjoy pen paling. I feel like I am nothing more than a shadow of the person I was. I'm trying so hard to get back to feeling good. The problem is I seriously don't know what I stopped doing that made me feel good. I've gone back to doing my Oracle cards which make me feel somewhat connected and grounded. I've been attempting to listen to music that makes me happy, doing my light therapy, staying off of the negative social media and finding hobbies. Seriously , I have done everything but start therapy. I actually miss who I was. I'm not this person. Does anyone have any good ideas on what to try?
