My experience with anxiety

...See more Despite being on holidays(significantly decreased my anxiety), anxiety still appears in my life. I believe its mostly due to quarantine since I have a lot of time on my hands, meaning I often tend to think a lot, which isn't really good. I noticed that I tend to revisit bad episodes in my life when I have too much time to think, so I've been trying to fill up my time with self-care and other activities. I've had quite a journey with my anxiety but I am proud to say that today I feel like I'm in a good place with my anxiety.
