Hey there :) I have 15+ years experience with working & studying psychology and communication. I have experience not just in active listening, but I am trained and/or certified in advanced questioning and communication fields such as professional coaching, NLP, and survivor/victim support. I also spent 2 years as an instructor for a personal safety program working with those who have been bullied or are victims of violence.

I've been through a lot of bad stuff in my own life. So I might not know exactly what you are struggling with, but I know exactly what it is like to struggle. I know pain, anxiety, and depression. And I know what it is like to want someone to be able to safely confide in. That's why I am here.

By day, I run a professional coaching company that teaches people the inter-personal and intra-personal skills they need to succeed at life and overcome obstacles.
