I'm a trained active listener and I like to support people struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, family issues, LGBTQIA support, school issues, disabilities, bullying, stress, and general vents. Can't accept General Requests fast enough

...See more Hi, I have a suggestion for the way general requests are accepted. I click on the general request button as fast as I can and the member's name shows for a second and then someone has already taken it and the request is gone. I don't understand how people get to them so fast, I have to literally stare at my screen to try to get any messages. Is there a better way to organize how we respond to messages? It's not really fair to the people who never get to listen to any members. Maybe setting a limit on how many active conversations a listener can have at a time or how many times in x amount of minutes a listener can accept a message. Thanks
