Hello, sweetheart! I'm glad you found 7 Cups of Tea, and I hope I can help you. I'm a trained active listener, and although I may come off as overly sympathetic (especially textually), I'm just as empathetic in real life. I've never gone through any real trauma myself, but some of my very close friends did just recently, and so I've found this site as my way of helping other people avoid making the same mistakes because they can't talk to their friends in person. If you want to talk to me, darling, I promise not to judge. Everyone's got their own rubbish which piles up over them - some people don't have many trash cans, that's all.
