...See more Sorry to be a spoil sport but I find deceptive marketing practices demeaning... I know its commmon practice for apps to pinhole users into signing up for something while giving very little info upfront but I guess Im a glutton for punishment because I continue to believe that one day integrity will make a comeback... My complaint is that I signed up on Friday evening and upon realizing that listeners are just other users on the site I signed up for the 3 day trial... I have not heard back from my therapist (Monday - Friday thing Im assuming) and theres no info telling me when my card will be charged. I dont think its fair to begin my trial 2 and a half days before anyone might respond to me... Also, no info on how that works for when my therapist will respond, except that it is once a week... Further I am also upset to learn that my therapy will not be charged at $5 a day but $150 per month... One of the things I was waiting to talk to my therapist about is that my seasonal job will be ending in 2 weeks and I was hoping to figure out a plan that might include therapy while moving forward responsibly. Then upon cancelling my therapy I am asked if I would like Financial Aid which I am told I quailify for but will cost me $50 per week... so instead of not being able to afford $150 Ill now be charged $200 or $250... This site has been quite the let down....
