Bio
Hi there,

Thanks for visiting my profile. My name is Todd. I have worked in the field of addictions and addictive disorders for more than 35 years, I have experience in various facets of mental health but have spent most of my career working with veterans with PTSD and people with addictive disorders.

I have a long history of dealing with my own distress (self injury, depression, and self hatred). A few years ago I was diagnosed with high functioning autism. The clinician who diagnosed me thought I would be upset at the diagnosis, but hearing her diagnosis made everything in my life finally make sense.

I have lots of mentors as my sense is that it's important to have support as it can be difficult to be objective about yourself. If you asked me about my proudest accomplishment I'd readily say that my history of recovery is the most important thing in my life. I will celebrate 39 years of sobriety on 6/12/19.

Please feel free to reach out.

I look forward to hearing from you.
