...See more I've somewhat recently been diagnosed with depression. I've been off and off my meds for mouths. Even when I'm on my meds I don't notice too much effect anymore. I struggle to do anything at times, I have no motivation. My head will tell me that I need to do XYZ and it feels like my body just doesn't respond. I struggle to find real joy in anything, I can't remeber the last time I was actually happy for more than a fleeting moment I'm really at a loss at how to proceed, am I broken? Is this just my fate?
