...See more I was diagnosed with bpd about 8 years ago. It really filled in some pices of my puzzle. I was in therapy and completed dbt, yet didn't continue to apply the skills in my life. Got married for the third time and seperated after only a year and am now divorced. Really trying to apply dbt to my life some days I am more skillful then others, however I haven't done any target behavior in 2 years 😊
