We often think of it as a joyful moment or a social gathering to mark something special. It's an acknowledgement too- of strength, sacrifice and silent resilience that often goes unnoticed. And for some people, celebration shouldn’t be limited to a single day, it should be ongoing, intentional, and lived. Today, we celebrate not just moments, but lives that quietly shape our world every single day. To every Female, who dares, dreams and elevates' - this celebration is dedicated to you! 🧚‍♀️  Today, let’s talk about the important females in our lives—mothers, wives, daughters, grandmothers, teachers, and so many others. They are always close by, caring for us every day, yet sometimes we forget to thank and celebrate them. I am amazed by the strengths women have. Mother Nature seems to have chosen women to protect and share life’s special energy. Every woman has many unique layers—she might become a mother and bring new life into the world, work hard at home to care for a family, or simply support everyone with love and strength. These are true acts of courage and sacrifice. We often talk about equality, but have you ever thought about the strength it takes to be a mother or the daily effort of running a home? A mother’s pain in labor, a wife’s hard work at home, and the extra care women show for everyone are hard to measure. Most of the caring people and leaders I look up to are women. That makes me proud to be part of this supportive community. Women make the world brighter just by being here. One big festival isn’t enough to thank them. They deserve to be celebrated every single day. But, have you wondered—who do these amazing women really talk to about their own feelings and worries? Sometimes it seems like their words are hidden deep inside, unspoken 🕊.  Let’s share our thoughts and stories to celebrate them. Story: Title: Her Smile, Her Sheild  The town was busy with street vendors and there was a school with a single building, no desks, no library. She sat there, with a proud smile on her face. Every day, she carried all her books in a very old cloth bag. The kids made fun of her saying that 'your bag will fly away in the wind'. She used to tell them, 'Yes, it will and then the same wind will carry me to a university too'. She used her sense of witty talk and humor as a shield. When they mocked her about not having a table at home, she simply said, 'The ground is closer to knowledge' and went on with her smile on face. Years later, her words became true. She got a full scholarship to university. She worked hard with lot of sleepless nights to keep up with the course and projects. She was majored in International Politics. After graduation, she landed a job which required a lot of travel and working with people from different culture which she loved. Whichever country she worked, she always had her trademark bad along and that became her identity. In the late 1990s, he noticed a group of children playing football with a broken plastic bottle in the rain. That small moment lit a spark in him. He realized that something as simple as a ball could steer children away from drugs, violence, and hopelessness toward teamwork, discipline, and purpose. In 2001, using his retirement money, he founded Slum Soccer, an organization that uses football to uplift underprivileged youth across his country. What started as a few kids playing in the slums of a town has now grown into a national movement, helping thousands transform their lives. Many young players have represented the country in international tournaments, proving that your birthplace doesn’t define your destiny. Just like those children found purpose through play, each of us can find a spark that helps us rise above our own challenges - whether it’s addiction, unhealthy habits, or the weight of hopelessness. The message is clear and powerful: Change doesn’t always begin with money, power, or privilege — it begins with compassion and belief. When one person decides to act, even a ball can become an instrument of change. ...See more Today I want to talk about Honesty. It is something I have in me before I even know what it is. It starts from the conservative family come from. Integrity is a biggest asset one can hold in life. In the world where trust is become important and critical , Honesty can weight in diamond.  Being honest can do wonders in life. There's many incidents where sheer Honesty gets me put on people's mind.  It helps to connect with people as well as to oneself. Being transparent helps me in understanding my situation better. Accepting my true feelings be it good or bad.  But I think on a different perspective it's challenging to maintain. I believe the world has a good side of it which doesn't reflect to us always. I wish honestly reflect more and better. And I'm hopeful of it too. Another perspective is that Honesty doesn't always taken in good stead. Sometimes it can taken as an insult, or hurt people unintentionally or can just come as rude. For all those things mostly Honesty is not the problem. Mainly the problem lies on how an individual express their thoughts with using correct word.  Although I would like to address a concern too. Honest people can be easily duped by people who wants to take advantage.  Treat it as a strength and create your boundary for a certain period of time.  Lastly, Honesty and integrity is a gift one can pass on to the next generation. It's a strength that stay with life and make your life better and less complicated...💜 Would love to know about your thoughts on Honesty and it's affect!!

...See more Perspective though this sounds very familiar but this is something I never talk about or heard mostly as a character strength. But it was always there with me helping me in many ways. So I just wanted to talk about my reflection on Perspective: I would love to know your POV or story of the same or any other character strength? (Please feel free to share) PERSPECTIVE has always been an integral part of my character even before I realise it. It helps to understand people better. Putting oneself into other's shoe and think that situation from the other person's point of view is not only broaden our mind but also make us more empathic.  It opens the dpor of possibilities and our mind doesn't get restrict on a single thought. It helps in exploring Multiple options before reaching to a decision.  Having a perspective also make us more human. It is sometimes become a process of growth even without our realization.  But I think perspective shouldn't get influenced by Prejudice or biased opinion or based on judgement. It is possible that someone has different perspective and a different way of thinking a particular thing so thr options they will have is also comes from same thought process. We need to be mindful of not getting influenced by those.  It can be a work in progress for many people at the different stages of life, for many it actually comes very naturally and for others it maybe a thing that they mastered through their journey in life. I think using Perspective for the betterment of others can make this strength even more lethal. It will help us to comprehend contructively, make our decisions better and grow us as Human being.🤍 So that's my perspective on perspective 😅. And now it's your turn 😊
