Hi I'm Alex! I'm a depression and anxiety veteran and find community really helpful to step outside myself and see things objectively. I'm also newly out as queer and non-binary (I use he/they pronouns)! Hard defeats make victory taste that much sweeter when you achieve it. Just learn what you can, adjust your course accordingly, and keep moving forward, no matter how seemingly slowly at times. Progress is progress!
