Good day, I am glad you looked for help! I am Rafael, and I'm here to offer my help and support to people who have depression, or are going through/have went through break-ups. I like cycling, reading books (mostly non-fiction), playing chess and I love playing guitar - I have three of them! :-) I used to be in a depression, but after having had professional help I now embrace life and its obstacles with positivity, and I hope to help you achieve the same :-)
