I am 30 and have been through a lot of ups and downs in my lifetime. I have ADD, OCD, depression, social anxiety, and I am bipolar. With the help of my psychiatrist, we have finally found the right meds to keep me balanced. I'm hoping to be able to help out those who have been going through the pain that I've had to deal with myself.
