...See more My parents had always been hateful and violent to each other all my life. They fought a lot about aborting me in utero and had been fighting always because of which i never had close friends or any relationships. When I finally got a well-paying job to move out and took my mom to safety, she abandoned me to go back and fight in court demanding money from dad. Eight years of legal battles later, they both are staying in the same house fighting but it derailed my mental health. I quit my job and joined a monastery as a monk to explore spirituality. I got trained in meditation, yoga, and philosophy for eight years. It was very rewarding to help so many people and lead social service programmes for so many poort families families. But I later found the monastery management to be financially corrupt and had to leave as they tried to frame me for petty theft. Now I am back with my hateful parents, and struggling to restart my career, with no friends or support. The girl I loved with all my heart took away all my savings and got back with her ex and got pregnant. Now, at 35, I am broke, broken, alone, and stuck. Any help or support would be deeply appreciated.
