They really helped me understand what life has to offer and how everything is okay because there's always something to look forward to in life.
Helped me understand the purpose of therapy, made me feel understood, made me even feel good even though I am severly depressed. Was a big change to talk with someone non judgemental, with a fresh perspective. Helped me open my mind. Would totally suggest my listener but the non-listener also must try and have courage to talk about exactly what bothers them, or whatever they have in mind.. I personally felt good interacting with a judgement free person and encouraging also. Absolutely loved it.
So far she seems pretty nice. ^w^
