...See more Do you all have friends or whomever told you these when ur struggling with anxieties? 1. Just dont think about it. They are not your who and who. 2. Happiness is a choice which i dont think im able to just flip the switch and choose happy whenever i want. 3. They do not understand anything about anxiety and they use whats working for them and try to force them on you. 4. You didnt try hard enough. I know but its affecting me, and i just cant snap out of it. It sounds so simple from their expression that i m ashamed at myself for bringing it up. Sometimes to the extend i wan thrm just to understand and forget about helping to solve my problems. I had enough. And how hard is enough? Until they see u suceeded recovering? Or else everything means you didnt try hard enough. Seriously i hate the world.

...See more I am pretty new here. I had Social Anxiety and Depression, whenever i meet people, i tend to get nervous and think a lot. Every time i feel that everyone actually does not like me and it cripples me. Somehow i feel people are judging me. I am afraid to meet new people and i feel paranoid at work and i would quit when i couldn't take it and feel worthless.
