...See more Do you ever feel like the advice people give about getting out of depression is to live like you don't have depression? Fake it till you make it. To me at least it sounds like you say to someone your leg is broken and they say "just walk around a little bit, you'll feel better, your problem is that you're not using your leg". Eat healthy, exercise, socialize... I can barely do all of these things when I'm feeling ok, let alone when I'm in depression. Engage in pleasurable activities - well, that's exactly the problem, nothing is pleasurable anymore.  Do you find that to be true or maybe I'm just too negative?
