...See more Hi, I am after some impartial advice please regarding my marriage. For months, I have been concerned that my husbands communication with a colleague was ‘flirty’ - it seemed she would start it, but it made me worried that he was going to leave me for her and that they had a relationship building right under my eyes. Then last week, she was leaving his team to move up in the company they work for, and I heard him call her my name in a meeting. Am I being gaslit, believing him? Or am I justified in my concerns?

...See more I am having a bit of an emotional crisis at the moment! I have suffered from imposter syndrome for a long time, but it has recently ramped up to a ridiculous level. I am struggling because I feel I have lost what makes me ‘me’ when I am not hiding behind a mask of my job, being a mum or a wife. Any ideas on how to navigate my existential crisis would be gratefully received
