Hi there 👋🏻. I'm glad you've found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I'm 36 and a trained active listener, my aim is to help and support people that are going through a difficult times in their lives, whatever the situation.



I have particular experience helping people with eating disorders, PTSD, a history of abuse, anxiety, depression and postnatal illnesses. I am happy to listen to anyone who would like to chat freely and confidentially. 



I trained as a medical doctor but have had time out volunteering and exploring new opportunities. I love living in a remote part of England by the sea, surfing, spending time with my family and friends.
