I’m losing importance

...See more I know my own worth as a person, however, lately i’ve been feeling like my importance to others is diminish severely. It’s like i don’t even matter to people i call my friends anymore. or at least that’s how it seems, giving the pandemic and online stuff and all. I just want to give up everything social media wise and dissociate but ik that won’t help and will only make it worse by making me feel lonely. I’ve had a depressive episode yesterday and this morning i felt a bit better but the most i was able to do was get out of bed and wash my hair. I don’t know what to do if i should be okay with not being important to others or try harder to get their attention..?

...See more Hi, i’m Rea and i’m new here. I’m a senior in high school. I just downloaded the app because right now i’m not feeling too okay. i’m trying to push myself to move and do something for myself (i’m typing this with a face mask on) and it’s not working. i can’t stop feeling how i do no matter how hard i try to distract myself to get away from my thoughts. so i got the app to hopefully get better and enjoy life i guess. I hope you all are okay.
