...See more The last 4-5 months I haven't seen or barley talked to any of my friends (i dont go to school so the only time i would see them is if we had planned something.), whenever I go out in public I feel like I'm gonna have a heart attack cause I'm so anxious and Idk why, so for this reason I've barley left the house in 4 months. My whole life I've never had a problem with anxiety and just lately I have no motivation to go out what so ever.i hate the way I feel because it's getting in the way of me being able to get a job, see my friends etc.

...See more For maybe a year or less Ive been getting this feeling run threw my whole body and even my mind and the only way I can describe it is feeling claustrophobic or trapped in my own body/mind. Its not like other cases were they say they feel trapped in their bodies and they physical cant move its just a feeling I get. In a way this is also how you can describe it. Its like a water bottle that your filling up and it gets to the top and you cant fill it up any more and if u do its going to overflow but its like a physical feeling I can feel rush threw me.
