I need answers.
For maybe a year or less Ive been getting this feeling run threw my whole body and even my mind and the only way I can describe it is feeling claustrophobic or trapped in my own body/mind. Its not like other cases were they say they feel trapped in their bodies and they physical cant move its just a feeling I get. In a way this is also how you can describe it. Its like a water bottle that your filling up and it gets to the top and you cant fill it up any more and if u do its going to overflow but its like a physical feeling I can feel rush threw me.
@Walkingproblem
Hey! I can completely understand how you're feeling - I've felt it as well. Normally that feeling comes over me when I start to have an anxiety attack. An anxiety attack is an intense feeling of stress/anxiety that seems to "fill you up" without a lot of physical symptoms. Your heart rate may increase and you could breathe irregularly, but not too much because otherwise it can become a panic attack. The way that I calm myself down from anxiety attacks is by deep breating or grounding. There are a few ways to do this:
Square Breathing:

5-4-3-2-1
Identify 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste.
Let me know if this helps you at all! <3 There are tons more ways to ground and calm yourself. If these don't seem to work for you, just let me know and I'll post a few more ideas. c:
@Emmur Uhm. I guess the symptom of anxiety can vary. I hate when I have my anxiety attacks.
@JadedVirgo
The symptoms of anxiety definitely vary from person to person! This sounds like an anxiety attack from my experience, but in no way does that make it the only option of what could be happening. <3 What ways do you have to manage your own attacks?
@Emmur I manage my anxiety by minimizing how far I allow my thoughts and worries to go. I do this with work, watching Netflix, Naps. I probably need better ways to cope than this, but I don't wanna go to counselling again. They were so uncaring. Probably the way the were trained. I felt worse sharing with them my problems and atop going. I need someone who cares and understands my pain of loneliness. I tried being honest with people I thought cared because it the mature thing to do. But that didn't work. I'm even more alone with no one.
@Emmur
i guess I can undertaand why u would think its an anxiety attack or the beginning of one but in my personal opinion I dont think it is. Its different like I could just be laying there and it will happen. Its not something that effects me and my daily life (not that I know of anyway) but somehow I always catch myself thinking about it.but then again Ive come to realise that most times when it occurs is when Im thinking about a certain someone or something thats gonna happen or that I dont want to happen (youd have to know the full story to completely understand)
