...See more I'm currently on a guilt spiral after some pretty messed up things I've said to someone out of hurt and anger. I've accepted full responsibility for my actions and recognised that it was completely inappropriate and hurtful. I've apologised to the other person but I can totally understand that it's most likely too little too late. How does everyone deal with their guilt following a BPD episode? Thanks.
